Pupilist

The free source list.

Approved sources

Every link on this site is human tested and verified. Find sources with named authors you can verify and primary material. No Wikipedia. No paywalls. Every link comes from one of the two lists below, and the date beside each source is the last time a person opened it.

How a source gets onto the site A top-down sorting path. Everything online enters at the top. Paywalled drops off to the left. The free remainder continues; pages no one signs drop left and crowd-written pages drop right. What a named author or institution signs continues and splits into two survivors, the document itself as open archives and an entry about it as signed sources, which meet at the site: free links, full text, signed. Everything online Paywalled JSTOR, ProQuest, Newspapers.com Free No one signs it blogs, Reddit, YouTube, AI answers A crowd signs it Wikipedia, Fandom, Baidu Baike A named author or institution signs it a scholar's byline, a library, a museum, a government office The document itself open archives: Library of Congress, HathiTrust An entry about it signed sources: Olympedia, Handbook of Texas Pupilist free links · full text · signed
